What should I do if I cannot log in?

Answer:

Log-in problems can usually be sorted easily enough.

Inititally we recommend closing the site and waiting for ten minutes to allow any previous accesses to shut down.

Make sure other devices or personnel are not logged in on your account. 

If it's a password issue let us know at info@imd.ie 

We may have to delete an account so that you can create a new one.

Try and check the exact details you created your first account with.

Sometimes Doctors register with a six digit MCR Number and then try and log in with a four digit number, omitting the zeros.

Sometimes  the letter O has been used to create an account instead of a Zero 0.

Sometimes an account has already been created - we only allow one account per user.

Bottom line is - Any problems?  Please email us at info@imd.ie and we'll get it sorted.
